TSI's Galley Joins IVANS Board

N/Aectors of <%=company%> recently elected Constance F. Galley, president and CEO of Wilton, Ct.-based TSI International Software Ltd., to its board of directors.

TSI is a leading provider of software for electronic commerce and the integration of application systems. Galley has extensive experience in electronic data interchange (EDI), including the integration of back-office systems with new Internet protocol technology.

``The insurance technology business is changing rapidly so we want to have a board with diverse experience to lead IVANS into the next generation of technology solutions,'' says IVANS President and CEO Dan Carmichael. ``Ms. Galley is well versed in the efficient flow of business transactions between business applications which will be a perfect complement to the experience of our other board members.''

Galley has been president, CEO and director of TSI since 1985. Prior to that, she directed the company's marketing and development operations while TSI was part of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Galley also is a member of the board of directors of the software division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) and the Southwestern Area Commerce and Industry Association of Connecticut (SACIA), for which she has just completed a two-year term as chairman.
