The Insurance Accounting & Systems Association, Inc. (IASA) has recognized The Travelers Companies, Inc. with the 2017 Excellence Award. The award is given to exemplary IASA member companies as a way to honor their contributions to the Association and the insurance industry.
Travelers is the 14th recipient of the award, which the IASA has given periodically over its 89-year history. IASA President Rod Travers and IASA Executive Director Joe Pomilia presented the award to Travelers representatives Peter Austin, Keith Bell, John Doran, Peter Gamer, Laurie Macklosky, Polly Pedersen and Doug Ramsey at the 2017 IASA Annual Educational Conference and Business Show.
During the presentation of the award, President Travers said, “Travelers has been widely recognized within IASA circles as a great supporter of the Association with active and engaged professionals serving at every volunteer level, both nationally and locally.”
