This program is designed specifically for property owners of residential and commercial properties and, according to the insurer, offers features that include fair credit reporting, class action suits, claims brought by HUD, and public relations expenses. The insurer states that this first dollar defense program has limits of $500,000, $750,000 and $1,000,000, with a minimum premium of $2,000 or $2,500.
The insurer also states that applicants will receive quotes within 24 hrs of the receipt of completed applications.
