SS&C Technologies To Offer Accounting And Regulatory Reporting Service To Carnegie Capital Advisors' Clients

SS&C Technologies has signed an agreement with Carnegie Capital Advisors to offer investment accounting and regulatory reporting to its insurance clients through SS&C Direct, the Company's outsourcing division. Carnegie Capital Advisors is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Charlotte, NC.

"We formed the strategic alliance with SS&C Direct in order to provide our clients with the array of services demanded in today's marketplace," said Julie Garella, principal of Carnegie Capital Advisors.

Michelle Maidt, principal and chief investment officer of Carnegie Capital Advisors, added, "Not only have we added first-rate services, but we're doing it without having to add infrastructure, so it's cost effective for our clients."

Using CAMRA 2000, SS&C Direct offers direct access to investment accounting information on its system, investment accounting processing and investment reporting. Services include automated receipt and daily processing of investment transactions; processing of securities information; investment accounting - four accounting bases - GAAP, STAT, MGT, TAX; daily and monthly reporting; regulatory reports, including schedule Ds; primary reports - portfolio analysis, investment summary, current holdings, general ledger; and implementation support and data conversion
