Client Database - provides a central repository for all policies, quotes, and claims related to a client.
Client Database - provides a central repository for all policies, quotes, and claims related to a client. Common information is entered only once and carried throughout the Specialty System. See Support Systems.

ALPS (All Lines Processing System) - manages policy issuance and administration for all P&C lines of business (except Workers Compensation). ALPS processing criteria and editing are extensively user-table driven.

IBS (Insurance Billing System) - processes and tracks all policy receivables and payables. IBS supports a wide variety of billing plans and calculates and tracks commissions according to tables defined by business users. IBS provides on-line access to all current and historical billing and payment information.

CMS (Claims Management System) - manages all aspects of claims, including coverage verification, reserving, reinsurance attachment, salvage and subrogation, monitoring litigation and complaints, and catastrophe. CMS provides on-line access to all current and historical claim and claim payment information.

SRS (Statistical Reporting System) - stores statistical data needed for base system reports, management analysis, and regulatory and bureau reporting. Extensive pre-defined (standard) reports are available.

EIS (Executive Intelligence Solution) - provides PC-based access to the Specialty System database through more than 70 views provided by Fiserv SIS. EIS uses COGNOS' PowerPlay and Impromptu tools to access these views for customized and ad hoc reporting.
