Builders Risk Program - The PIC Builders Risk Program provides a strong foundation of coverage for your course of construction risks. The form provides coverage for materials, supplies, machinery, equipment and fixtures which will became a permanent part of the structure or project. The coverage is also extended to include temporary buildings and structures as well as property in transit or at temporary locations.

Contractors Equipment Program – This is a comprehensive program designed specifically for builders, general and specialized contractors, excavators and state, county and municipal governments. With the Philadelphia Insurance Companies' Contractors Equipment Program, coverage applies for equipment wherever it is located including at the job site, while in transit under its own power, or in transit by other means.
