Chubb's Account Service Centers are streamlining the renewal process for smaller accounts by writing multi-year policies where possible, making minimal requests for information, issuing automatic renewals and implementing fast turnaround time on inquiries and endorsements. Chubb's local production underwriters work with agents and brokers to provide coverage and service appropriate for an area's business enterprises.

Many of the same products that Chubb recommends for their more complex accounts are also available to smaller business customers, such as excess/umbrella, crime, fiduciary liability, D&O liability, inland marine, kidnap/ransom, cargo, monoline property, exporter's package and mechanical breakdown coverages along with package, auto and workers compensation.

For the small business market, Chubb has introduced Customarq Ltd., a product designed especially for businesses that don't need all the features of the CUSTOMARQ package policy.
