Zurich North America elligence, from <%=company%> is a password-protected service on Zurich American's website, offering detailed claim, claimant, and payment information downloaded from ZA's claims system daily.

From any computer with a modem and a web browser, clients can make decisions based on where they stand on a daily basis. RiskIntelligence also provides electronic storage and report filing services and clients can forward reports on to other RiskIntelligence users or download them into a spreadsheet. Zurich North America elligence contains more than 30 template reports, covering subjects such as detailed claim information, trend analysis and lag-time reporting. Customized reports can be created, in both terms of fields displayed on the report and criteria used for selecting the data. Examples of criteria include site/location, size of loss, type of coverage, type of injury, state, and more. Zurich North America elligence requires a 28.8 modem or better, Internet Explorer 3.02 or better, or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or better.
