proVISIONs

proVISIONS is a tool used by remote professionals to gather information from the VISION system and service clients while in the field, disconnected from the office environment. proVISIONs is written for use on Windows CE Pocket PC devices. The proVISIONs synchronization software enables the movement of data between VISION and the Pocket PC device. Remote users can view their Activities, Contacts, Insured or Prospect Client Account information, as well as Policy and Line coverage terms on their Pocket PCs. Activities and Notes can be created on the Pocket PC and synchronized back into the TAM database. The agency phone book is available within PocketTAM, allowing remote users to view Outlook contacts and employee extensions.
