It uses neural network technology and outcomes data from thousands actual workers' compensation claims to arrive at its recommendations. Capable of being incorporated on the front end of integrated case management services, this software assigns a score to each case indicating the degree to which it would benefit from case management intervention. Program parameters can also be quickly modified to address changing case management strategies or to accommodate specific customer-defined groups.
