Policy Management Systems Announces Licensing Agreements For POINT

Policy Management Systems Corp. says two insurance groups have signed licensing deals for PMSC Property and Casualty Group's POINT software product.

Beacon National Insurance Co. of Wichita Falls, TX, which writes all lines of insurance in Texas and personal auto in Arkansas, licensed the POINT product, as well as PMSC's All Lines Rating (ALR) system and Document Automation Platform, which interface with POINT.

Meadowbrook Insurance Group has extended its agreement with PMSC under a six-year renewal for POINT. Meadowbrook is an alternative risk management company. The company targets selected agents and brokers, trade and professional associations, affinity groups and governmental entities with specialized risk management goals. In addition to Meadowbrook, three of the company's subsidiaries, Florida Preferred Administrators, Ameritrust Insurance Corp. and Williamsburg National Insurance Co., will use POINT and ALR.
