Poe & Brown Expands with Florida, New Jersey Acquisitions

Adlerman, Click & Co., of Princeton, NJ, and Fordham Insurance Agency, Inc., of St. Petersburg, FL, are the latest independent insurance agencies to become part of Poe & Brown's expanding U.S. operations. Both acquisitions are effective June 1, 1998.

Adlerman, Click & Co., founded 70 years ago, focuses largely on professional liability insurance. The Adlerman & Click staff will be combining with Poe & Brown's existing New Jersey operations to serve physicians, podiatrists, dentists, chiropractors and other health care professionals, as well as general business customers in the state.

Fordham Insurance Agency has been serving the insurance needs of businesses and individuals in Pinellas County, FL, since 1950. The Fordham Agency staff will join with Poe & Brown's existing St. Petersburg, FL, operation.
