Pierce Leahy Corp. Announces Acquisitions

Pierce Leahy Corp. has completed the acquisition of two record storage companies, All-Safe Archives in Boston and The Record Center in Detroit. The total consideration for both acquisitions is approximately $16.5 million. So far this year, the King of Prussia, PA-based firm has announced nine acquisitions.

Regarding the Boston acquisition, J. Peter Pierce, the company's president and CEO said, "All-Safe Archives has a fine reputation for outstanding quality of service in the Boston area.
