Unitrin Property and Casualty Insurance Group Personal Service Center (PSC) will service an agency's existing customers to enable staff to spend more time achieving goals such as growth, productivity and increasing sales.

Unitrin Property and Casualty Insurance Group's PSC representatives are customer service-oriented professionals who are specially trained to provide customers with the assistance they need. Representatives are versed in areas such as personal line coverages, underwriting, claims, accounting and communications. In the event of a claim, PSC maintains error and omission coverage with an "agent held harmless" agreement. Through the PSC training program, customer representatives learn how to:

  • ask the right questions to identify customer problems
  • discuss possible risks with customers
  • help with additional coverages
  • answer payment and billing questions
  • solve concerns before they become problems
Unitrin Property and Casualty Insurance GroupPSC will notify agents of any potential problems and inform them of any cancellation requests so that the agent in question can attempt to save the account. Any new referrals are also forwarded to the agent.
