VeriSign OnSite for IPSec combines VeriSign's turnkey certificate authority software with the company's certificate processing and management services, providing enterprises with a complete PKI.

Using IPSec digital certificates, organizations can establish authenticated and encrypted interaction between network devices such as routers, firewalls and dedicated VPN systems. Digital certificates serve as electronic credentials, used to authenticate parties for access to privileged information as well as to enable secure, encrypted communications.
