Collaborative Effort Expands Options and Improves Customer Service
Westborough, MA (Marketwire) - OneShield, Inc., developer of OneShield Dragon®, a data-driven insurance underwriting and policy management solution, today announced its launch of eDelivery in partnership with its client, Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE), a reciprocal insurer dedicated to insuring the personal insurance needs of successful families. PURE's eDelivery enables the electronic delivery of policies and bills directly to its policyholders (members) and agents.

OneShield and PURE implemented innovative new workflows into PURE's policy management solution, OneShield Dragon. These changes enable agents, on behalf of members, to determine how policy documents will be received -- on demand, electronically in real-time or printed. "OneShield's Dragon system has enabled us to offer options in how we deliver documents in the way that works best for the recipients," said Tainsky.
PURE integrated Dragon with a third-party electronic delivery application to distribute secure, authenticated emails. Instead of logging into a portal to obtain the documents, the system delivers important policy documents securely directly to members' emails. This eliminates the need for the memorizing of websites, user names or passwords. Members may choose at any time whether to opt-in or out of electronic delivery. "This project is another example of how OneShield continues to provide creative and practical solutions to effectively meet our evolving needs," Tainsky added.
