OCR for AnyDoc performs seven phases to automatically take data from paper to usable output: Image capture, quality assure, form identification, data capture, data validation and verification. Data can be extracted from machine print, hand print, mark sense and bar codes. Customizable business rules are applied to validate and normalize the extracted data prior to human verification. Verified data is then output for export.
