Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company Announces Demutualization
The Texas Department of Insurance has approved Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Co.'s (Fort Worth, TX) plan of demutualization. The plan will allow Millers to convert from a mutual insurance company to a stock insurance company, subject to the approval of the company's policyholders.
