Management Protection Coverage Part

Errors & Omissions Coverage Part, which will be used in conjunction with the Management Protection Insurance Policy, provides a fully blended E&O/D&O policy to commercial customers. Limits of liability for this coverage, as well as the directors and officers and company securities liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, and commercial crime can be purchased as either a single aggregate for all coverage parts or separate limits of liability for each coverage part. The individual limit of liability available for the E&O coverage part, as well as the other coverage parts, is $25,000,000.

This product is designed for commercial accounts of a public, private or not for profit nature. Industries that will find the blended approach a benefit include, but are not limited to, entertainment, real estate, telecommunications, media, public relations, management consultants, etc.
