LandPro® and TreePro™

LandPro® and TreePro™ provide custom commercial insurance for landscaping and tree services. Underwritten by an "A-"rated, Class XV carrier, both programs offer special coverage endorsements designed specifically to reduce the risks that landscape contractors and arborists face in the everyday operations of their businesses. These risks include cutting down the wrong tree, spraying the wrong property or location, or overspraying.

The newest feature added to the LandPro® program is coverage for hardscaping - construction operations such as concrete work, irrigation systems, pavers, fences, walls and decks. Newly eligible accounts include landscape clients whose operations do not exceed 50% hardscaping.

Basic coverages include general liability, property, business auto, inland marine, crime, and umbrella.

Optional Endorsements include: E & O coverage, EPLI, OCP, Blanket Additional Insured, Stop Gap Liability, Herbicide/Pesticide Application, Hired & Non-Owned Auto, Per Job Aggregate, Employee Benefit Liability, and Limited Job Site Pollution.
