Iowa Agents Name IGF Insurance "Company of the Year"

IGF Insurance Company has been named Company of the Year by the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Iowa. Gary Yockey, immediate past president of the Iowa PIA, presented the award to Randy Hinders, regional vice president of sales for IGF's Midwest region.

IGF was nominated by the PIA of Iowa Board of Directors because of its active participation in and sponsorship of Association events and activities.

"The main reason IGF received this award is that it is an excellent company to work with and has been very cooperative in their work with, and assistance to agents throughout the state of Iowa," said Ed Currie, PIA of Iowa president. The award was voted on by more than 140 independent insurance agencies throughout Iowa.

"IGF is pleased and honored to receive this award," says Dennis Daggett, IGF president. "Independent agents are the foundation of the crop insurance industry and it is imperative that companies such as IGF seek ways to strengthen and expand the independent agents' role in production agriculture risk management programs and support them with innovative products."
