International Operations Policy

The WORLDPASS Program is a commercial policy that incorporates locally-admitted insurance policies with additional coverage components to create a single, comprehensive controlled master program. This program helps protect U.S. companies with international operations from potential foreign risks and exposures.

This program provides companies doing business abroad with a host of coverage components including property, business income, general liability, workers compensation and auto liability, as well as confiscation, expropriation and nationalization coverage. The program's new kidnap and ransom coverage offers protection for employees who work and travel abroad, and provides coverage for adverse situations. Additional coverage can be purchased to cover marine, transit, boiler and machinery, employee theft and dishonesty, and crime exposures.

Coverage and services are also available at no charge to users of this program, including international travel assistance for all covered employees; emergency medical referral; emergency medical evacuation; emergency cash and messages; legal referral/advance bail; translation services; and transportation and lodging booking.

All customers are supported by 24-hour toll-free claims information, as well as a network of claims representatives, underwriters, and loss control specialists who arrange for foreign insurance policies and services in more than 100 countries worldwide, and place local coverage and quality services.
