InsurePoint Offers Business Insurance to iNiku.com Members

Atlantic Mutual Insurance Companies this morning announced that its high-tech business insurance Web site, InsurePoint, signed a licensing agreement with Niku Corporation, a provider of Internet products and services for the sourcing, management and delivery of professional services.

Under the agreement, Niku named InsurePoint as an insurance provider for its iNiku members. InsurePoint will develop and manage sales and customer services related to selling/servicing all types of property and casualty insurance products through the Niku ``Insurance Center.''

INiku.com, an online business portal featuring applications, content, services and communities that professionals need to do business on the Internet, has more than 100,000 individual professionals and small businesses registered as members. The site also provides industry-focused information, a host of Web-based business services and connects members to the Niku Services Marketplace, where members can post profiles of their capabilities and find work among the more than 38,000 project opportunities available via the site.
