INSTEC and InServe to Collaborate on Workers, Comp Processing System

Insurance Information Technologies (INSTEC) recently announced that InServe Corporation has contracted with INSTEC for their workers' compensation policy processing system.

"As we develop our internet capabilities, INSTEC's system will provide a solid foundation that will enable us to custom-design services for our insurance carriers, agents and customers," said John Pierce, InServe's chief technology officer.

INSTEC's Windows-based workers' compensation system supports all states and the District of Columbia. It provides full policy processing including quotes, issuance, endorsements, and audits. It administers multiple rating companies and can handle multi-state/multi-location policies. INSTEC maintains all rate, rule and form maintenance for NCCI and independent state bureaus.
