Flood Zone Docs Offered Through Online Lending Service

Norwalk, OH-based Geotrac, a national flood compliance service provider, has expanded its online services through a partnership with ExpressClose.com. A new interface enables lenders using ExpressClose.com's Internet-based application to order flood zone determinations online directly from Geotrac.

"Combining the resources of Geotrac's national flood database and ExpressClose.com's Internet expertise means lenders can receive an accurate, online flood zone determination in real time," says Geotrac vice-president Tom Becker

"We are projecting that 75% of all flood requests will be completed instantly," says Dennis Conway, president of ExpressClose.com. "If manual research is required, the determination will be delivered back electronically within 24 hours.
