With our Full Fiserv AIS model, some or all of your Fiserv applications and operations reside in the Fiserv data center. Your company may choose any or all of the following Fiserv AIS applications:

  • Personal Lines Series for Personal Auto, Homeowners, and Dwelling. Monoline policies are supported.

  • Commercial Lines Series, including Auto, Property, General Liability, and Businessowners. Monoline and package policies are supported.

  • Billing Series for billing personal and commercial lines in any combination: single policy, account, or group billing. Bill plan criteria is defined by your company, including billing frequency, times to bill, service charges, fees, and more.

  • Claims for managing the entire life cycle of a claim.

  • Premium Accounting & Reporting Series for collecting all premium, loss, and financial data. The system receives, edits, and collects the information for management, financial, and bureau reporting.

    Full Operations Model

    With the Full Operations Model, your company achieves economies by using the Fiserv mainframe and system software while your company retains the responsibility of application programming.

    The Fiserv AIS hardware resides in a robust IBM data center with:
