First Security Insurance Inc. Acquires Wasatch Front Agencies

First Security Insurance Inc. has acquired Commercial West Insurance Agency of Salt Lake City Inc., Commercial West Insurance Agency of Northern Utah (Ogden) and Commercial West Insurance Agency of Provo. The agencies have provided contractors and other business clients with property, casualty and surety insurance since 1975.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The principals of the Commercial West agencies, Kevin Andrews, Jim Brown and Randy Emery, collectively bring to First Security Insurance more than 75 years of insurance, bonding and banking experience.
