First Priority Group to Manage Collision Repairs for Lucent Technologies through Captive

Plainview, NY's First Priority Group says it National Fleet Service subsidiary has signed an exclusive agreement to administer auto collision repair services for Lucent Technologies, through their captive insurer, First Beacon Insurance Company.

Barry Siegel, chairman and CEO of First Priority Group, said, ``This agreement places Lucent in the top tier of the largest fleets under management by the Company, with the opportunity to add additional vehicle counts through First Beacon Insurance in the future.''

Siegel also said that his firm's development of technology, systems and web-based programs continue to proceed on the fast track.

Since its founding in 1983, First Priority Group has provided collision claims service for self-insured corporate and municipal vehicle fleets through its subsidiary, National Fleet Service. Clients include Coca-Cola, Time Warner, IBM, Hershey Foods and many other prominent corporations.

Through its ``Auto Services and Discounts Program,'' the company has established relationships with Assurant Group (part of the Fortis group), Providian Bank and other credit card and financial organizations.
