F&D Improves Navigation And Design of Web Site

The site has improved navigation, design and functionality, contains more options on the home page and allows visitors to identify areas of interest and maneuver more quickly within the site. New areas such as commercial surety and commercial fidelity bonds are locations where viewers may quickly retrieve information.

Among other new features on the site, a glossary includes definitions of financial services and surety products. A new "quick search" feature can immediately take a visitor to their desired location or product information. Substantial improvements were made to the agent-only financial services forms library. Many forms and applications can be printed or filled out and submitted electronically. Vast menu options now include direct web links to F&D's parent company, Zurich Financial Services Group, The Mountbatten Surety Co. which is a unit of F&D, as well as NCM Americas for credit insurance referrals. Related industry and trade group Web sites, such as A.M. Best, Surety Information Office (SIO) and the American Bankers Association, are now more easily accessible because of added links.

Financial Services Division customers and agents may now process lenders property reporting policy requirements electronically. This enables customers and agents to process bonds and expedite the reporting of covered policies.
