- Directors and Officers Liability (Part 1) provides "Entity" coverage for Merger and Acquisition claims with optional SEC "Entity" coverage and Demutualization "Entity" Coverage.
- Employment Practices Liability (Part 2) offers coverage for mental anguish, emotional distress, slander and defamation resulting from a covered claim.
- Fiduciary Liability (Part 3) provides automatic coverage for newly created/acquired benefits plans.
- Special Risk Insurance (Part 4) broadly defines Insured, including spouses, siblings and relatives.
- Coverage extends to spouses of the Directors and Officers, as well as to duties for a non-profit organization.
- Optional Duty to Defend provision.
- Supplemental payments for Court attendance of $100 per day with no limitation.

- Latest audited financial statement and most recent interims.
- Copy of registration statement or private placement memorandum, if applicable.
- Copies of most recent 10-K and 10-Q.
- Copies of year-end and most recent quarterly/call reports (Banks/S&Ls).
- Auditor's Management Letter and applicant's response.
- Complete loss history for the past five (5) years.
- Copy of Employee Handbook and sample employment application.
- Most recently filed Form 5500s for all proposed benefits plans.
- Copies of Indemnification Agreements of Directors & Officers.
- Copies of EEO-1 reports filed in the last three (3) years.
