Environmental Liability Program

Enviroflex is an environmental liability program designed specifically for petroleum and convenience store marketers. Developed by Kemper Environmental and Federated Insurance Companies, the program will be available exclusively from Federated's marketers.

The petroleum and convenience store marketing business presents a range of environmental exposures including leaking storage tanks, spills during dispensing, warehouse and transporting activities, and tank installations.

The program will provide a type of "wrap-around" pollution liability coverage when marketers wish to broaden their protection. It can provide coverage for third-party bodily injury and property damage, site cleanup and legal defense, as well as several optional environmental-related coverages tailored to the exposures many petroleum and convenience store marketers face.

Limits up to $100 million are available.
