DocumentDirect for the Internet is a viewing application that provides secure, "self-service" access to documents over the Internet and corporate intranets. It is a common gateway interface (CGI) application that runs on Windows NT and manages all communications between the archive and the Internet/intranet server.

DocumentDirect Application Suite can be used by the clerk or customer service representative who needs fast access to documents. It comprises a series of templates that meet a wide range of vertical industry application needs in banking, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and healthcare.

DocuAnalyzer is a Windows-based tool that makes the data in an enterprise's document archive available for analysis without re-keying. It simplifies the conversion of character data into a database format to facilitate analysis, graphing and the creation of new reports.
