EigenSoft, Inc. has initiated a trial testing period for ClaimsAgent™ with 10 independent property adjusters, after its successful beta testing phase. The Pilot testing will run for four weeks in the field. At the PLRB conference in Atlanta, where EigenSoft, Inc. generated a significant wave of excitement for it's innovative, user-friendly claims solution, many adjusters applied for the chance to be a trial tester in this final stage of the product development period. As a part of this program, the adjusters designated by EigenSoft, Inc. will receive a discount on the package and will have significant impact on the final outcome of the product with the incorporation of their experiences and recommendations for improving the ClaimsAgent™ solution. This complete set of hardware, i.e., the infrared printer, digital camera and handheld device with the software fully loaded, is the only claims adjusting solution offered that is pre-installed, and ready for use in the field. The human adjuster is the only element of the equation EigenSoft, Inc. does not provide, but under terms of the agreement, EigenSoft, Inc. will train property adjusters in the program and provide back-end integration of the data into the existing enterprise.

ClaimsAgent™ is a wireless Insurance property estimation software application for PocketPC devices. Using ClaimsAgent™, field property adjusters can complete detailed estimate reports on- site, print them for the insured to review and then transmit the data in real-time via a secured Internet connection to a back-end claims processing server. ClaimsAgent™ runs anytime, anywhere, and is a full estimation software solution.

For the ClaimsAgent™ trial stage, adjusters will be able to test this fully integrated, intelligent, wireless solution on the iPAQ, the premier Pocket PC from Compaq. EigenSoft, Inc. expects that adjusters will see increased productivity with the ClaimsAgent™ application on the Compaq iPAQ hand held, wireless PC. This integrated, intelligent wireless hand held solution will work to streamline all facets of any insurance agency's claim process, while at the same time increasing customer satisfaction and financial return on the initial investment for the ClaimsAgent™ package. Another advantage of the EigenSoft, Inc. solution is that it frees the company from the problem of reliance on expensive data programs.
