ECS, Inc. announced today it is now quoting new and renewal environmental insurance policies that will be issued by the XL America insurance companies beginning January 1, 2000.

"They can expect the same environmental expertise, the same level of high quality and service, the same integrated approach to environmental risk management and now, a financially superior insurance program."

Headquartered in Exton, PA, ECS is a leading provider of integrated environmental risk management services to business and industry worldwide through environmental insurance, specialized risk control services and expert claims management. The company was recently named as the nation's second largest managing general underwriter by Business Insurance magazine.

The XL Capital group (NYSE: XL) is a leading global provider of insurance, reinsurance and financial products through its core insurance and reinsurance companies.
