Delphi Information Systems Introduces Flagship Software To Canadian Market
With the introduction of its flagship software to the Canadian market, Delphi Information Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated business solutions to the insurance industry, happily announced that 55 brokerages with seat sizes of 4 seats to 100 seats, have signed up for cd.global.
The software drew positive reviews following a major annual conference held in Toronto on April 3, hosted by CRUA (Canadian Redshaw Users Association).
Robin Raina, Delphi's senior vice president, personally shepherded the contracts and believes that a new pricing structure for cd.global has been a critical factor driving Canadian sales. "Most of the customers came to the conference fully aware of cd.global's reputation as the only brokerage management insurance software that is designed for the international markets-not to mention the most advanced," explained Raina. "At the same time, many presumed they'd have to dig deep into their pockets to buy next-generation technology. But ringing up global sales has brought Delphi's costs and prices down to the point where our current price-to-value relationship is awfully hard to resist."
Tom Hickey, CRUA president, observed, "The brokers were especially impressed with the steps Delphi has taken to establish itself as the industry leader in system consulting, services and training. Their service initiatives have affirmed their faith in Delphi's ability to turn innovative technology into bottom line results. It certainly inspires confidence to see some of these things firsthand, like the demonstrations they saw of Delphi's new on-line services over the Web."
Delphi plans to expand the service capabilities of cd.global in the near future, when a new version will be launched in the U.S.
