Users are no longer limited to searching document repositories only by the data captured during the extraction phase. Instead, documents can now be located by searching for any text that is contained within the document image. Enhancements have also been made to existing features, including the upgrade of two high-performance OCR and ICR recognition engines (Oce RecoStar and Nuance ScanSoft) as well as a new barcode engine from AllMYPapers, Scan-Optics scanner certification, including ONYX integration, and support for French, German and Spanish user interfaces.
