Boiler & Machinery
With CUSTOMARQ, the client no longer needs to purchase a separate Boiler and Machinery policy to help protect machinery from a property loss.

Boilers, computerized equipment and other critical machinery are automatically covered against loss caused by mechanical breakdown, electric arcing or boiler explosion under CUSTOMARQ.

Business Income/Extra Expense
Chubb's flexible approach to Business Income/Extra Expense helps keep a business going while repairs are underway to restore operations to the level it would have reached had the loss not occurred.

Additional CUSTOMARQ Features
Unlimited period of indemnity that continues until a client's business income/extra expense policy limits are exhausted or your operations are restored with reasonable speed. A policyholder can use their entire BI/EE limit of liability in any combination to respond where they need it most. Chubb Group of Insurance CompaniesRQ includes the cost of advertising to notify customers of your new address, rental of temporary space, expenses incurred to bus employees to the temporary location and incentive bonuses to meet production demands.

It also includes loss of income caused by a computer virus.

The policy provides up to:

• $250,000 for newly acquired premises for up to 180 days.
• $250,000 worldwide contingent income coverage including contingent extra expense.
• $10,000 coverage for auditors' fees to help verify the extent of business income loss.
• $10,000 for loss of income when an ordinance or law requires pollutant clean up and removal from land or water.
• $10,000 coverage for contractual penalties.

Available as options: loss of income caused by a loss to personal property in transit, on international air shipments, and while at an exhibition, fair or trade show. Chubb Group of Insurance CompaniesRQ's crime coverage includes employee dishonesty, depositors forgery, credit card and money orders and counterfeit paper currency.
