Crawford Adjusters Canada Announces New Executive Positions

Jeffrey Bowman, senior vice president and managing director of Crawford & Company's Americas Group recently announced that Crawford Adjusters Canada will split the role of president and chief executive office for Canadian operations.

In this migration of duties, H.L ``Skip'' Sutherland remains as president of the Canadian company as well as a member of the Crawford Canada Board of Directors and Board of Management, and Glenn Gibson will become chief executive officer.

The current management team will report directly to Gibson. Two additional management changes have been announced.

John Smith, who is currently regional director of Ontario, will assume responsibility as national claims director for all claims regions including healthcare, claims alert, claims express, auto appraisal, and the Canadian catastrophe division.

John Sharoun will become director of technical services, which will include technical services, ISRM (liability), Harris Harding Bickers (marine), corporate services, and the new class action division—Garden City Group Canada.
