- International Corporate Calling Card A major long-distance carrier created an international version of its corporate calling card and needed to retrain its consumer-market sales force for the corporate sale. In 7 weeks, ProWright defined the sales and provisioning processes and then conducted a week-long workshop for the international sales teams. Upon returning to their countries, the teams reported immediate sales and voiced enthusiasm for the "success transfer kits" we developed for them to train others in their regions.
- National A/P Consolidation When one of the world's largest banks consolidated 48 independent A/P systems onto a single platform, they needed to ensure that operations units nationwide understood the changes and migrated smoothly to the new system. ProWright redefined over a dozen accounting processes around the new system and then conducted the rollout and training for 750 financial controllers and their staffs.
- National Technology Rollout After ProWright helped a Big 5 IS management team define over 70 new processes for the firm's new National Support Center and regional units, we developed a communications and rollout program for deploying the new processes to three regional teams and over 400 technical personnel. We followed this rollout by developing a process intranet to facilitate ongoing training and support for the entire operation.
- Rollout of Big 5 Systems Integration Process After ProWright helped a Big 5 CIO and his directors design an Integration Process (IP) for all internal systems development initiatives, ProWright developed a workshop-based rollout program targeted to more than a dozen technical and management teams (over 200 workers) performing the broad range of analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities. ProWright helped client SMEs (subject-matter experts) conduct the rollout to small functional teams in the live work environment, minimizing interruption to otherwise overworked project teams.
- Call Center Process and Job Design For the initial rollout of one of the country's largest call center operations, we defined processes and jobs and associated performance measurements for the telemarketing and customer service functions. Our deliverables included a curriculum for the client's ongoing training programs and organizational development.
