Conveyor and Conveying Equipment Manufacturers and Installers Program

NSM, Inc. - Program Specialists pany%> offer comprehensive coverage to the manufacturers and installers of conveyors and conveying equipment through their Conveyors and Conveying Equipment Manufacturing and Installation Program (CEMI).

The CEMI program encompasses those firms whose operations fall into SIC code 3535, Conveyors and Conveying Equipment. There is also liability coverage available for products, completed operations, and additional insureds who are required by writen contract, agreement or permit. It also offers property protection for buildings, damage to blueprints, personal effects and the property of others, property at other premises, accounts recievable, and computer equipment.

The All-Lines Business Insurance Program for CEMI includes these specialized coverages:

• Manufacturers Consequential Products Liability - covers the lost income of a customer if the loss results from a defect in the insured's product;
• Worldwide Product Liability - covers cost of lawsuit anywhere in world, regardless of where the suit is brought, if a product causes bodily injury or property damage in the United States or abroad;
• Product Recall - covers the costs of notifying the necessary parties and disposing of a product that is recalled by insured, government or regulatory authority.
• Design E and O - coverage is available for bodily injury and property damage resulting from the design and installation of the insured's own conveyor systems.
