If a leased or financed vehicle is stolen or
damaged beyond repair, standard automobile
insurance will pay only the actual cash value
(ACV) of the vehicle. If the vehicle has
been financed for excess of its ACV or the market
value on the particular model has dropped,
it is up to you to collect the full value of the
lease or loan - unless you have purchased
GAPP Insurance.

of an accident. This coverage applies only
when the underlying insurance required by the
lease contract is not available to the
Lessor.
