CNA Putting Its Name on Home Warranty Unit
To better promote the financial strength behind its position as a strategic business unit of Chicago-based insurer CNA, Home Security of America (HSA) is changing its brand identity to CNA Home Warranty. HSA was acquired by CNA Warranty, a strategic business unit of CNA, in July 1998.
"Our corporate look and logo are changing to better reflect the financial strength and commitment of our organization. Our dedication to serving our clients will remain unchanged, continuing to focus on customer service and product innovation as we move forward into the new century," said Amy Bergholz, vice president of marketing.
"It is vital in today's financially uncertain business environment of acquisitions and mergers, that our clients understand the positive impact the CNA ownership has on us," said Robert Lehmann, president.
"The unbeatable combination of industry experience and financial strength positions us for exponential growth. We have targeted additional distribution channels for our home warranty product to offer all homeowners the same benefits sellers and buyers of homes have experienced for many years," said Robert Ritchie, executive vice president.
Headquartered in Madison, WI, Home Security of America offers home warranty products, errors and omissions insurance, interactive video home tours, seller's liability coverage, client follow up programs, and insurance products.
