Claims Workstation is an e-commerce claim management system handling the entire life cycle of claims from notice of loss through settlement. Version 4 offers Internet access for notice of loss and claim inquiry. All Property & Casualty lines of business are supported.

By integrating imaging and work management technology, the Claims Workstation system facilitates claims adjusting and communications among all involved with the claim. Business rules technology incorporated in the system enables insurers to customize the rule base to respond automatically, according to pre-defined criteria. Rules are not embedded in the code, so application logic is more reusable.

Version 4 of Claims Workstation also includes enhanced support for Workers' Compensation claims and electronic data interface (EDI). The system can receive EDI files to establish new claims or add to existing claims. The EDI files can contain claim and/or vendor information.
