Chicago Title and Trust Co. Installs Document Management Software From Mobius Management Systems
Chicago Title and Trust Co. has installed Electronic Document Warehouse (EDW) software from Mobius Management Systems, Inc. to provide its headquarters and field personnel with instant access to internal reports and documents.
"We have over 4000 users who need quick access to a variety of business and financial reports," said Robert Blessman, vice president of customer service for the Chicago-based company. "We have deployed this system over our corporate intranet to allow distributed employees and their management to access these documents using standard Web browser technology. In addition, by employing Mobius' DocuAnalyzer, users can utilize data mining techniques to extract report data and create customized reports and spreadsheets''.
CT&T's solution uses several products from the Mobius EDW suite including DocumentDirect for document viewing, ViewDirect for archiving and access, DocuAnalyzer for data mining, and DocumentDirect for intranet access. Its client/server implementation archives between 500,000 and 750,000 document pages per month and make them available throughout the company.
"We have had a long-standing relationship with Chicago Title and Trust," said Mitchell Gross, president and CEO of Mobius Management Systems, Inc. "This latest implementation of our technology will enable them to make better informed decisions and, ultimately, become even more competitive. We look forward to working with them to add additional functionality to the system in the future."
