Charles M. Lucas Elected Vice President With AIG

American International Group, Inc. has announced that Charles M. Lucas, director of Market Risk Management, has been elected an AIG vice president.

Lucas joined AIG in 1996 from Republic National Bank of New York, where he had been senior vice president and director of Risk Assessment and Control. Earlier, he had been at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he had a 25-year career, most recently as senior vice president in charge of the international financial markets staff.
