CertificatesNow.com Announces New Executive Appointments

Confirmnet.com recently added two new executives to its management team.

Gregg Hovey has been named vice president of strategic development and Keith Fisher has been named vice president of human resources. Both will report directly to Bill Mudge, president and CEO.

As vice president of strategic development, Hovey will develop relationships, partnerships and alliances with insurance agencies, brokers and insurance companies. He will also identify and foster key partnership opportunities outside of the insurance industry. In addition, he will continue to serve as CertificatesNow.com's general counsel.

Since September 1999, Hovey has served as ConfirmNet Corporation's general counsel and corporate secretary. He began his legal career in the Silicon Valley in 1983 representing technology companies on a variety of issues including intellectual property, trade secrets and corporate governance. In 1991, he co-founded the law firm of Hovey and Kirby where he has served as president.

Fisher brings over 15 years of human resources and management experience to CertificatesNow.com. He is responsible for hiring practices, putting in place infrastructure to manage the growth of the company and establishing operational procedures and policies. He will be instrumental in establishing the corporate culture, as well as the benefit and stock option programs.

Fisher brings a multidisciplinary background to CertificatesNow.com, including healthcare, not-for-profit, architecture and engineering, as well as technology. Prior to joining CertificatesNow.com, Fisher was employed at WebSideStory, where he was vice president of human resources. In this position, he managed all human resource functions including: technical and executive recruitment, benefit programs, compensation design, payroll, incentive stock option program administration, corporate orientation programs and internal communications.
