Certificate Download Service

Certificate Exchange LLC is an Internet certificate of insurance program that allows a certificate holder to download a certificate directly from the site. A producer or insured may also issue certificates. When used, the program will automatically send copies of certificates to producer, insured and insurance company affected.

The system is designed to work with any Web browser. To use the system, a producer must first register with the program, providing name, address and license information. The Producer can then enter an Insured and an Insured's certificate information. Once the information is entered, certificates may be issued. Certificates are issued in Adobe PDF format.

Two security options exist, "Password Protected" and "Approval Required." In neither instance can a certificate holder change the limits of liability or change or alter any other policy information.
