Century Business Services, Inc., Announces Acquisition

Century Business Services, Inc, the nation's fastest emerging outsourced business services company, this week announced the acquisition of six companies. The new acquisitions fortify Century's position in the accounting and professional services markets.

The acquisitions include: Moore, Tyler & Company, an accounting firm specializing in litigation-support services, based in Houston, TX; Sloan & Letson, an accounting services firm, based in Atlanta, GA; Leff, Malone & Co., an accounting services and consulting firm based in Elkins Park, PA; KA Consulting, Inc., specializing in the healthcare industry, based in Cranbury, NJ; Rosemont & Associates, a property tax management and consulting firm headquartered in Seattle, WA; and Organization/Performance Group, a management consulting firm operating in Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas.

The proposed acquisitions, if and when completed, will add more than $21 million to Century's annualized revenue and will bring Century's annualized revenue run rate to more than $320 million.

In addition, the company announced the closing of five previously announced acquisitions: M.T. Donahoe & Associates, Inc., a benefits administration firm based in Washington, D.C.; Blackman and Associates, an accounting firm based in Omaha, NE; Business Valuation Services, Inc., a financial and valuation advisory services firm based in Dallas, TX; National Hospital & Healthcare Care Services, Inc., a managed healthcare marketing and administration firm based in Chicago, IL, and Harper Benefits, Inc., an employee benefits management and consulting firm based in Dallas, TX.
