Butler-Hartsell Insurance and Hyatt Agency Joins USI

Butler-Hartsell Insurance Agency, Inc. of Virginia Beach and The Hyatt Agency of Richmond have joined USI Insurance Companies Corp., to expand insurance, risk, asset management and financial services to businesses throughtout the state.

Butler-Hartsell will work closely with Henderson & Phillips, Inc. of Norfolk, USI's southeastern hub and the largest insurance broker in Virginia.

The Hyatt Agency will partner with A.W. Hargrove-USI of Richmond.

Butler-Hartsell is a generalist property and casualty insurance broker with a sound reputation for providing a wide variety of personal, business and special insurance programs, including auto dealers.

The Hyatt Agency is a generalist property and casualty insurance broker with well-established specialties in serving the property management and contracting industries.

Both firms' areas of expertise complement the capabilities of Hargrove and Henderson & Phillips and allow each to expand their financial services expertise which include employee benefits programs, through their USI connection.
