Brownyard Programs, Ltd. was established in 1993 by Bruce W. Brownyard. It is a wholesale insurance agency that specializes exclusively in insuring private security guard, investigative and alarm companies throughout the United States.

Brownyard Programs, Ltd. was recently appointed Broker of Record to the National Council of Investigative & Security Services (NCISS), which is the largest contract security association in the country.

Mr. Bruce Brownyard has been a member of the American Society for industrial Security (ASIS) for over 20 years. He has specialized in insuring the Private Security Industry for over 25 years. He is a well known speaker and writer on the subject of insurance for private security agencies. He is the insurance editor of Security Risk, a risk management newsletter for the Private Security Industry, published by Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker.
